Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage international procurement of specific goods and/ or services within organisational policies and procedures, and regulatory frameworks.It applies to individuals who are responsible for managing international procurement activities in an organisation. They develop and implement relevant supply chain management strategies, manage and review the implementation of improvements to international procurement strategies. They will be responsible for implementing management techniques to help them involve others, be innovative, consultative, influential and persuasive in order to achieve targets effectively.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
